For years, I ( Bob Banzer) was personally responsible for key management in several large office buildings. I know what it means when the locking documentation is incorrect or nobody can say where the key to the attic access is kept. After all, a key is only ever searched for when it is urgently needed.

Almost all BuildingOne users manage the doors of their buildings in the software. This allows doors and locks to be linked to one another. As a result, you get:

✔️ plan views that display lock numbers directly, based on the plans synchronised with BuildingOne

And what about access cards?

Of course: in many buildings, access control is now handled via access cards. However, there are still many buildings, particularly existing ones, where structured key management remains indispensable.
