Mr Jan Hübner will give a talk on digital construction in existing buildings

Düsseldorf, 26 March 2026 – OneTools is participating as a speaker at this year’s Hospital Planning Forum. Our colleague Jan Hübner will be giving a presentation alongside Alexander Koch (Hospitaltechnik Planungsgesellschaft mbH) on the topic of “Digital Construction; BIM in Practice – The ‘rocky road’ to a meaningful model”.

Planning and building within existing developments – a particular challenge

The conference, organised by Hospitaltechnik Planungsgesellschaft mbH, focuses on a highly topical issue: the refurbishment and modernisation of hospitals whilst they remain in operation.

BIM as a key technology – BuildingOne in hospital planning

In our presentation, we will demonstrate in a practical way how Building Information Modelling (BIM) can be used to great effect in the planning and implementation of renovation projects. We will address the challenges head-on and outline possible solutions – from the very first step right through to a model that can be put to practical use.

And what about access cards?
