Digitalization of member management for
"Santé & Bien-Être Hiefenech"
We are pleased to announce the successful completion of a new project: the digitalization of member management for the non-profit association "Santé & Bien-Être Hiefenech". This association offers a wide range of courses, including yoga, Zumba, line dance, jazz dance, Pilates, and Bodyshape, and continues to grow steadily.
Challenges before digitalization:
Previously, registrations and memberships were handled through paper forms. This led to several issues:
- High time expenditure for manual processing
- Difficulties in deciphering handwriting
- Manuelle Rechnungserstellung
Our solution:
To overcome these challenges, we have developed a tailored solution:
- Website for registrations: A user-friendly website where members can easily register for memberships and courses.
- Automated data transfer: Registrations are automatically transferred to our application, where the data is directly imported and managed centrally.
- Simplified invoicing: Responsible parties can now create and track invoices directly from the system.
